Thoughts of a Third Grade Teacher: I'm Heading to DAILY 5 Baby!!

9:30 PM

Daily 5 in the morning baby!!

I'm so stinkin excited!!

I promise to come back with a wealth of info. to share tomorrow!! I hope it rocks as much as the last time I saw them. I only got 2 hours last time so a whole day should reeeeeaally rock!!

Wish me luck girls!! ( and boys - just in case ;)

On Wed. I'm heading to CAFE training!! Whoooop! Whooop! How big a nerd am I that this will prob. be one of the highlights of my summer?!

Wouldn't you know it I was up sick starting around 2am!! UGH!! I was so upset that I would mess up my training. I so should not have eaten the cheese stix!! Oh well, I feel a little better now and I'm off in a min. to see the rockin sisters!! I demand to feel better! Hmmm... I wonder if that will work. It's all about attitude right??

I'm so jealous! We were going to go to this workshop as well, but by the time funding was secured it was full. I'm excited to see some of what you learned!

That is so great Julie! I'm so jealous! I'm looking forward to learning about it from you. I tried Daily 5 last year but I kept reverting to my own schedule and it seemed more like work stations. Have fun!

I can't wait to hear about what you have learned. I have both books and I am chomping at the bit to try D5 but I feel overwhelmed with how to fit it in with my reading series and shcool expectations. I teach third, too!!!
